How to Order Web Hosting

This tutorial walks you through how to securely place a web hosting order through the Tresseo online ordering system.

Before You Start

Have the following ready:

  • The hosting plan you want (monthly or annual)
  • Your domain name (existing domain or the one you want to use)
  • Any coupon code you may have

Step 1: Start Your Order

  1. Open this link in a new window.

Step 2: Choose a Hosting Package

  1. You’ll see our web hosting packages.
  2. Select the plan that fits your needs.
  3. Choose your billing option: Monthly or Annual.
  4. Click ‘Order Now’ next to the plan that fits your needs.

Step 3: Configuring the Domain and Costs

On this next configuration page, review and complete the following:

A) Select Term / Price

  • Choose your preferred billing term (for example, monthly or annual) and confirm the price shown.

B) Set Your Domain

  • Enter the domain you will use for this hosting account.
  • If you already have a domain, enter it exactly as it appears (e.g., yourdomain.com).
  • If you are registering or using a new domain, follow the on-screen prompts available on the order form.

C) Choose Server Location

  • Choose your server location. For Canadian hosting, leave it as default.

D) Apply any Coupon Codes

  • If you have a coupon code, click Use Coupon Code. A Coupon Code field will appear. Add the coupon code and click Apply.

When finished, click Continue.

Step 4: Review Your Order + Log In or Register

  1. Review your order summary to confirm:
  • Plan selected
  • Billing term
  • Domain
  • Did you forget a coupon code, you can add it here.

If you have an existing Tresseo account, simply log in to your existing account, or select the option to register for a new account.

Step 5: Agree to Terms of Service

  1. Read the Terms of Service.
  2. Check the box to agree.
  3. Submit/place the order.

Step 6: Order Submitted (Setup Begins)

After submitting, you’ll see an order confirmation and your order will begin processing.

Payment

The order form will assume payment via e-transfer by default. Most people pay this way. Simply send an e-transfer to support@tresseo.com for the amount owing.

Paying by Visa or Mastercard

If you prefer to pay by Visa or Mastercard, you can do so using PayPal from your account dashboard:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Go to Billing / Invoices.
  3. Find the newest invoice marked “Past Due.”
  4. Click Pay Now and select PayPal to complete payment using Visa or Mastercard.

Note: Paying your invoice promptly can help speed up the approval process.

Need Help?

If you run into any issues during checkout (domain entry, coupon not applying, payment questions, etc.), contact support and include:

  • The email address on your account
  • The plan you selected
  • A screenshot of the page where you’re stuck (if possible)
